Information we collect
- Email address — used to sign in to a Tune In Life account (via an emailed one-time passcode) and, for community members, collected when you sign up to follow the show.
- Phone number — optional and never required. Provided by you in your account settings or a community signup form. We only send you SMS (sign-in passcodes and account-related notifications) if you separately opt in by checking the dedicated, default-unchecked “Send me SMS” box — providing a number alone does not enroll you in texts.
- Name — optional display name for your account or community profile.
- Community signup details — if you join the community, any preferred contact method or social handle you choose to share with us.
How we use your information
- Authentication — we send one-time passcodes by email or SMS so you can securely sign in to the Tune In Life studio and admin tools.
- Transactional notifications — for authorized team members, we send content-review alerts when content is submitted for review.
- Community updates — if you opted in, to keep you informed about episodes and the show. You can opt out at any time.
SMS data is never sold or shared for marketing
We never sell or share your mobile number or SMS opt-in data with third parties for their own marketing. Your consent to receive text messages is used only to deliver the messages described in our SMS Terms & Conditions. We share data only with the service providers needed to operate the app (for example, our email and SMS delivery providers), and only so they can deliver messages on our behalf.
Data retention
We keep your account information for as long as your account is active. One-time passcodes are short-lived and expire within minutes. If you ask us to delete your account or remove your contact information, we will do so except where we are required to retain limited records for security or legal compliance.
Your choices
You can update your name, email, or phone number in your account settings, and reply STOP to any text message to stop receiving SMS. To request access to or deletion of your data, contact us at the email below.
