These terms govern your use of the Tune In Life website (tuneinlife.com) and the content production and distribution services we provide. By using the site or engaging our service, you agree to these terms. We keep them short and specific to how the service actually works.
The service
Tune In Life is a done-for-you service that turns podcast episodes into platform-ready video, short-form clips, show notes, and social posts. The specific deliverables, pricing, and timeline for any engagement are set out in a separate written agreement (a Statement of Work or pilot agreement) between us and the client. If anything in those signed documents conflicts with these general terms, the signed agreement controls for that engagement.
Accounts
Some areas require an account. You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide and for activity under your account. Sign-in uses one-time passcodes sent to your email or (if you opt in) phone. Do not share access credentials.
Acceptable use
- Don’t use the site or service to break the law or infringe others’ rights.
- Don’t attempt to disrupt, reverse-engineer, or gain unauthorized access to the systems.
- Don’t submit content you don’t have the rights to use.
Your content and ownership
You retain ownership of the audio, brand assets, and materials you provide. You grant us the limited rights needed to produce and deliver your content. Upon full payment for an episode or deliverable, you own the final outputs we create for you and may use them without restriction, as described in your signed agreement. We may display non-confidential finished work as a portfolio sample only where your agreement permits it.
Payment
Fees, deposits, and billing cadence are set out in your signed agreement. Unless stated otherwise, work begins after any required deposit is received, and may pause on overdue invoices after reasonable notice.
Third-party platforms
Publishing to platforms such as YouTube, podcast hosts, and social networks is subject to those platforms’ own terms and availability. We are not responsible for platform decisions, outages, algorithm changes, or engagement results, and we do not guarantee any specific reach, views, or growth.
Service provided “as is”
We work hard to deliver high-quality output, but the website and service are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent permitted by law.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability arising from the service is limited to the fees you paid for the engagement giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms as the service evolves. The “last updated” date above reflects the current version. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms.
