What messages we send
Tune In Life sends the following types of text messages to authorized account holders and team members:
- One-time sign-in passcodes — short numeric codes used to authenticate you when you log in to your Tune In Life account.
- Content-review notifications — alerts sent to authorized team members when content (such as an episode, clip, or post) is submitted for review.
These messages are transactional and account-related — they are not marketing or promotional messages. In the future, Tune In Life may offer optional community updates by SMS; those would always require your separate, express opt-in consent and would never be sent without it.
How you opt in (a separate, optional checkbox)
Consent to receive SMS is given only by checking a dedicated, optional “Send me SMS” checkbox. That checkbox is separate from creating an account, signing in, or any other agreement or action, and it is unchecked by default. Checking it is the only way to opt in.
Providing a phone number alone does NOT opt you in. You can enter a phone number for your account, or choose “Text” as a preferred contact method, without ever consenting to SMS — we will not text you unless the dedicated consent checkbox is checked.
SMS is never required to use Tune In Life. You can use the product fully without giving a phone number at all, and account sign-in always works by email (we email you a one-time code instead). SMS is only ever an optional convenience you choose, not a condition of service.
You can opt out at any time by replying STOP, with no effect on your ability to keep using the product.
How the opt-in works
Consent is collected on our live, public opt-in form. It is unchecked by default — a person is only enrolled in SMS if they actively check the box. It is independent of signing up, signing in, agreeing to terms, or entering a phone number.
- The person enters a phone number (optional — never required to use the product).
- A separate, unchecked SMS-consent checkbox is shown.
- SMS is sent only if they choose to check that box.
- They can opt out anytime by replying STOP — account access is unaffected.

How to opt out
Reply STOP to any message to unsubscribe. You'll receive a final confirmation message and no further texts.
